What is your max pull-up count? What do you consider to be proper form when doing a pull-up? When I think about doing a proper pull-up I say you don’t have to go to a fully straight arm but very close… When you go up you need to bring your chin over the bar. Personally I like to not use momentum and really focus on control. I feel like I get more results from going slower and doing fewer pull-ups then going super fast and doing more. My personal best is 50!
