Hey, I don’t see any other questions here so I hope me asking one is welcome! My name is Jacob and I’ve been on a pretty intense weight loss journey for the last year. I started going to a ninja boot camp class at a local gym and it’s a crazy fun, good, workout. I’m not very good due to weight (I can’t really do any upperbody obstacles) but, I’m trying to get better nontheless! But, I’ve encountered a problem. As I work on hanging, swinging, and climbing I’m having issues in my shoulders and forarm joints. I’m fine with being sore but it’s halted some of my weight lifting progress, which is my main form of exercise. So, my my question is, how do y’all recover when you’ve overused your muscles? Also any advice for training as a bigger person would be super apreciated. Thanks!
